Aerobic/Combat Kickboxing 


After long-term training and having mastered Kickboxing skills, a Kickboxing practitioner will have very fast defensive and offensive reflexes. Kickboxing not only improves physical qualities such as strength, endurance, flexibility, Self-Defense and sensitivity but also improves a practitioner's mental health and overall, well-being.
